Nile Niami’s Bel Air Mega Mansion, the ONE, is two years over schedule and on the market as the most expensive home in the United States.

$500 Million “The One” Mega Mansion

With the Corona Virus pandemic shaking up economies and looking here to stay, this may be one of the most inopportune times in history to put such an ostentatious property on the market.

Jeff Bezos just bought a home for $200 Million in Beverly Hills. There goes one potential buyer!

Jeffrey Katzenberg just sold his mega mansion to WhatsApp founder Jan Koum for $125 Million. There goes another!

Mo Hadid’s “Starship Enterprise” lies abandoned and on open eyesore, off the western view of the ONE.

Mo Hadid’s abandoned $50M Mega Mansion must be torn.

Mr. Hadid is currently claiming he’s broke and cannot do the work needed to deconstruct.

Also within eyesight of the ONE, is the $100 Million “UNICA” mega mansion on Somma Way. Unica has been under construction 6 days a week since 2014. They recently reduced the asking price to $72 Million, a 28% haircut.

The UNICA Mega Mansion on Somma Way

Unica is all house. Its a 40,000 SF behemoth at the very top of Somma Way. Its built into the side of a mountain and has about 200 SF of grass.

If the owners had spent $25 Million on Bitcoin, during its high in 2014 $1100, then not done a thing in the meantime, they would have 22,727 Bitcoins or $341 Million today.

Even investing in stock blue chippers like $TSLA and $APPL would have netted better results.
